From the port, go along via Nuova Marina and turn into Via Campodisola. Take the second right and then last turning on the left into via Porto di Massa. At the traffic lights go straight across the junction with Corso Umberto I into Via Mezzocannone and then turn left into via Enrico De Marinis. After passing largo San Giovanni Maggiore, turn right into via Santa Chiara amd then go straight ahead along via San Sebastiano and past piazza Bellini, 104 via Costantinopoli is almost immediately on your left after the piazza, indicated by a brown sign "Villa Spinelli - Costantinopoli 104".
